Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders placed on our site are processed within 2-14 business days. Orders placed on our site are not shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays.
We only ship to confirmed order delivery address. Please make sure that your order address matches your delivery address to avoid problems.
If you have not received your order within 40 working days of order confirmation, please contact us so we can track your shipment.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges are inclusive in the product charge.
The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts:

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
