You also need a cupcake holder to put your cupcakes in after baking them. Here is a food-grade cupcake molding holder made out of silicone that you can buy:
- 250 gr powdered sugar
- 1 large egg white
- Food coloring (optional)
- Mixing bowl
- Combine the sugar and egg white
- Whisk the ingredients together until the icing is thickened and smooth. Don't rush this part - make sure that you have consistent texture before you even try to move on to the next step.
- If desired, add some gel food coloring to suit your preferences. Remember, kids love those bright colors on their food, so if you are baking for kids always choose the bright-colored ones!
- Now you can use some piping bags, piping tips or a simple flat knife to apply your Royal Icing to your homemade cupcakes and cookies!
