Mix the flour, butter and add some pinch of salt. You can use a mixer or hand mix if you prefer to do it the old-fashioned way
Next, add eggs, sugar, grated lemon peel and lemon juice into the mix. Wrap the dough with some plastic and let it cool in the refrigerator for about an hour.
When the dough is cool enough, stretch it with a rolling pin and put it inside a large baking pan. Put a bit of butter in the middle of the baked dough - around its center - just to make sure that the filling won't stick and ruin your dough.
